Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Zest Invoice (by PulseZest Innovation), we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This policy describes our subscription plans, refund eligibility, and cancellation process.

Subscription Plans & Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and billed per the chosen cycle:

Annual billing is charged as a single upfront payment. The Free plan has no payment required and does not automatically upgrade.

Refund Policy

To request a refund:

  1. 1Email us at support@pulsezest.com with subject “Refund Request”
  2. 2Include your registered email address and the date of payment
  3. 3We will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

Refunds are not applicable when:

  • The refund request is made after 7 days of the transaction date
  • The account has been found to violate our Terms & Conditions
  • The Free plan (no payment involved)

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings → Billing. No cancellation fee applies.

After cancellation, paid features remain active until the end of your billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days, after which the account reverts to the Free plan.

To delete your account and all associated data, email support@pulsezest.com.

Auto-Renewal

All paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. You will receive an email reminder 3 days before your renewal date. Cancel before the renewal date to prevent the next charge.

Payment Gateway

All transactions are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details on our servers. Refunds are returned to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
