  • Client & Invoice Data: Information about your clients and invoices created within the platform.
  • Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage Data: Log data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent, and device information.
  • Cookies: Small files placed on your device to improve experience and analyze usage patterns.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Zest Invoice platform
  • Process subscription payments and send billing receipts
  • Send transactional emails (invoice confirmations, payment reminders)
  • Respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues
  • Improve the platform through usage analytics
  • Send product updates and newsletters (you can opt out anytime)
  • Comply with legal obligations under Indian law

  • Razorpayfor processing subscription payments securely.
  • Firebase (Google)for authentication and cloud database storage.

We retain your account and invoice data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
