• Provide, operate, and maintain the Zest Invoice platform
• Process subscription payments and send billing receipts

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data with:

• Razorpay — for processing subscription payments securely.

We retain your account and invoice data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Zest Invoice is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal data, we will delete it immediately.

This Privacy Policy complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act) and the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 as applicable to Indian businesses.
