Zest Invoice is a cloud-based invoicing and billing platform designed for freelancers, self-employed individuals, and small businesses. It allows users to create, manage, and send professional invoices, track payments, generate GST-compliant bills, and manage clients — all from a single dashboard.
The service is operated by PulseZest Innovation, based in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India, and is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Zest Invoice. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
To access the platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
PulseZest Innovation reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
Zest Invoice offers the following subscription plans (all prices in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes):
Prices are subject to change with advance notice via email or in-app notification.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store your card details on our servers.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

All content, design, code, logos, and branding on Zest Invoice are the property of PulseZest Innovation and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain full ownership of the data and invoices you create using the platform.
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Zest Invoice is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseZest Innovation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
